42-Bed Block Development

The new 42-Bed Block is part of Sligo University Hospital’s capital plan to improve patient care and expand critical services. During construction, we are upgrading the front of the hospital and main entrance area. 

Project Timeline

The 42-Bed Block Development is split into three phases:

• Phase 1: Reconfigure Entrance (Sept - Nov 2025)

• Phase 2: Main Entrance (Nov 2025 - Feburary 2026)

• Phase 3: Main Works (Sept 2025 - Sept 2027)
